Noon classes will begin at CrossFit 204 on Monday, Aug. 29.
We respect your busy weekday schedules, so we will start exactly at noon and have you out the door and on your way by 1 p.m. or sooner. Doors open at 11:45 sharp.
Parking for the noon classes is available in our lot behind the building. The back street has unregulated parking, while the front street has one-hour parking between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. Make sure you watch the clock to avoid a ticket.
