Skill Session

Hang clean triples: 5 sets (not max weight; the focus is on speed under the bar and perfect mechanics)

Work up to a single weighted pull-up, then perform 3 max sets of strict pull-ups or strict weighted pull-ups (minimum 5 reps per set if using weight).

GHD hip and back extensions: 3 sets of 12-20 reps

Jerk: 5 sets of 2 reps at 50% 1RM

5 sets of 1 clean and jerk at 80%

3 sets of 3 snatch pulls at 100% of snatch
