As promised, we’re offering our members a chance to explore the world of barbells with some specialized powerlifting and Olympic lifting programming.
If you’re interested, there will be an information meeting on May 29 at 8 p.m. at CrossFit 204. The meeting is open to all current members and anyone else who’s interested in moving some weight.
