In an eight-week block with one focused session per week, athletes perform workouts programmed to improve strength and power, particularly with relation to the snatch, clean and jerk, squat, press, and deadlift.
January 2017 session: Noon-2 p.m. on Saturdays, Jan. 7 to Feb. 25.
CrossFit 204 members: $84 per eight-week block (GST included)
Outside athletes: $157.50 per month
