  1. Turkish get-up, AHAP on each arm
  2. Unbroken chest-to-bar bar ladder, rest as needed between sets. Score is reps completed, and time for completion. Ie: 1+2+3+4+5 @ 4 minutes. The ladder is complete if an athlete can get to 12 unbroken in 10 minutes.
  3. Unbroken handstand push-up ladder. Score is reps completed, and time for completion. Ie: 1+2+3+4+5 @ 4 minutes. The ladder is complete if an athlete can get to 12 unbroken in 10 minutes.
