Programming Preview – March 23rd – March 29th
We’re officially training remotely! We have reached out to all of our clients and asked you to let us know what you have at home. You should have workouts from your coach with modifications that allow you to have the best workout possible. Please email email@example.com if you haven’t yet heard from us. We may not have your current contact information.
The goal is to continue working on our fitness together. We can and will adapt to our circumstances, and we will continue to be an awesome community of Pirates.
