We’ll be doing our celebratory Canada Day WOD on Monday, July 1, at 11 a.m. All regular classes will be cancelled on Monday.

The workout is set for two hours to accommodate a large group, but you won’t be working out for two hours.

This will be a team workout, and we will be making teams ahead of time. Sign in or out by 5 p.m. Sunday, June 30. Anyone who signs in an doesn’t show gets to do a penalty Fran. Anyone who shows and didn’t sign in gets to do a penalty Fran. As always, we run a tight pirate ship.

5 rounds for max total load:

1 snatch deadlift

1 squat snatch

3 additional overhead squats

Rest as needed

Score is the sum of the load in each round that is completed; e.g., 100, 100, MISS, 110, 120 = 430.

Only your first five attempts are scored. Your coach may assign you additional attempts, but you may not upgrade scores. The pressure is on!
