100 kettlebell swings (50/35lb.)

100 double-unders

100 goblet squats (50/35lb.)

100 double-unders

100 push-ups

100 double-unders

100 goblet lunges (50/35lb.)

100 double-unders

Athlete’s will work one minute, and rest one minute until the work is completed.

Time cap: 30 minutes (15 minutes of working time)

There will be a holiday workout Friday, March 30th at 11am. All other classes will be cancelled. Please sign up here as you normally would.

The workout is set for two hours, but you will not be working out for two hours.
