The success of many squats is decided in the set-up. Get tight!The [204] Strength program is designed to offer athletes a chance to focus on Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.

In an eight-week block with one focused session per week, athletes perform workouts programmed to improve strength and power, particularly with relation to the snatch, clean and jerk, squat, press, and deadlift.


Session: Noon-1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.


CrossFit 204 members: $42 per month (GST included)

Outside athletes: $157.50 per month

Membership is included for all athletes who are already part of 204 High Performance
