These classes will feature expert coaching by certified instructors in our fully equipped 6,000-square-foot CrossFit facility. There are no prerequisites to join, and the program is open to anyone.
Each class will involve a thorough warm-up and an instructional component. As you train, you’ll receive all the coaching you need to get a great workout, but the emphasis will be on getting you moving with simple exercises that pack a punch.
Expect to see body-weight movements, agility drills, muscular-endurance work, mobility training, prehab and stability training, circuits and intervals.
These classes are open to people at any fitness level, and beginners are more than welcome to join.

- Circuit 2: Overhead presses, walking lunges, jumping jacks, planks
- Coach-led cool-down and stretching
