Depending on numbers, we’ve got a four-person team workout set for 3 p.m.:

As much flipping distance as possible in 15 minutes:

Athlete 1 flips tire

Athlete 2 jumps into and out of tire between flips

(Athletes can switch roles at any time)

Athletes 3 and 4 perform 8 push-ups/8 KB swings each, then switch roles with Athletes 1 and 2

We’re going to get dirty and wet. Dress for it!
