204 Fitness Foundations Bootcamp

204 Fitness Foundations Bootcamp: a fun, inclusive, conveniently timed class that will help you accomplish your goals. This program is perfect for anyone looking to lose weight, improve body composition, become stronger and improve conditioning. 

Each one-hour session is coached by CF Level 1 trainer and registered dietitian Joanna Gies, who has over 10 years of experience coaching group fitness.

You can expect coach led warm-ups, movement instruction and demonstrations, modifications to accommodate injuries and beginners, as well as endless support and encouragement! These classes will be accessible for those who are just starting out but will also challenge more experienced people! 

Movements will include body-weight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, work with resistance bands and more. You can expect to learn how to squat, lunge press and hustle! But more than that, you’ll have fun with new fitness friends.

  • Length: 6 weeks (Feb. 11 to March 21) 
  • Class times: Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
  • Cost: $130 + GST
