Worried about how social distancing will impact your child’s health? We get kids moving—and smiling in front of their screens. By blending fitness and fun, we help kids find a love of movement and develop the confidence that comes from learning new things, growing stronger and supporting peers in a friendly, inclusive environment online.
The goal of this program is to help kids stay as active as possible, develop and maintain new skills, and have fun while they do it. Kids will have the opportunity to connect with their peers online while playing games and improving their fitness.
Each thirty minute session is led by our qualified coach, and we focus on safety, fun and fitness. We know that many parents are challenged by the new social distancing requirements and need help keeping their kids engaged in activity. We can help!
Our overall goal is to produce fit, healthy children who continue to prioritize fitness and activity as adults.
To get started, download the free Zoom App on your laptop or desktop. Once you have registered you will have access to our calendar and your kids can start their online fitness journey!
