Programming Preview – February 24th – March 1st 

We’re going to spend the next few weeks getting athletes ready for the super fun In House Competition coming up in April. Expect to squat, deadlift and press once a week to help prepare for the CrossFit Total. We will build in the right accessory work to help you maximize your strength as well. In addition, we’ll keep your engines primed with some classic conditioning…. Plan to have some fun and snag some PR’s

Monday – Strength (Press)+ Barbell Conditioning

Tuesday-  Conditioning, Long!

Wednesday- Oly/Strength (Squat) + BodyBuilding

Thursday – Strength + BodyBuilding

Friday- FNF! 

Saturday- Strength (Deadlift) + Conditioning

Sunday-  Send It Sunday! 

February 24 – Monday 

Part 1 – Strength

A) Strict Press 5-5-5-5-5

B) Dumbbell Floor Press 10-10-10-10

Rest 2 minutes between all sets

Part 2 – Barbell Conditioning

3 rounds:

21 Power cleans (175/115lb.)

15 Front squats (175/115lb.)

9 STO (175/115lb.)

Cap: 13 minutes
