Friday- FNF!
Saturday-  Oly + Bodybuilding
Sunday-  Send It Sunday – Partner Workout!

Part 1 – Oly

A) Muscle snatch – build to a solid single
B) Snatch 2-2-2-2-2 @60%
C) Clean 2-2-2-2-2 @60%
D) Jerk 2-2-2-2-2 @60%

 
Part 2 – Bodybuilding

EMOM x 3 sets:
Min 1: 10 strict toes-to-bar
Min 2: 10 Kb hang clean and jerks
Min 3: 10 dumbbell pull-overs
Min 4: 10 single arm KB OHS
