Member-Appreciation Day!

Regular classes at 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. The workout is Mini Murph:

800-m run
50 pull-ups
100 push-ups
150 squats
800-m run

At 10:30 we’ll crank up full Murph or a modified version, and Cody will be on the barbecue, so you can eat when you’re done your workout. Bring nothing but your smile and a water bottle for a beverage. All food provided by CrossFit 204, 204 Lifestyle and Rise Up Physiotherapy.
