We will be doing the Open at 7 and 8 p.m., but there will be a group class at 7 p.m. A coach will be scheduled to lead you through a warm-up, and we will slot you into one of the workout heats set for the Open. Come on out!

55 wall-ball shots (20/14 lb., 10/9 ft.)
