Friday- Friday Night Fight! – Open Benchmark Test 2018
Saturday-  Strength
Sunday-  Send It Sunday!- Conditioning

September 9 – Monday

Part 1 – Gymnastics Strength

A) Strict pull-up 5-5-5-5-5
B) Strict Dip 5-5-5-5-5
Rest 2 minutes between all sets
*Add weight

Part 2 – Skill Work

2 sets:
25ft handstand walk or 5 wall walks
50 ring push ups
25ft handstand walk or 5 wall walks
50 pistol squats
